About Us

Fair Play Training believes:
  • That opportunities for play should be made available to all sectors of the community regardless of age, race, culture, gender or ability. (Charter for Children's Play - United Nations)
  • That the development of positive, quality play opportunities is an inalienable human right that should be accessible to all children.
  • That play is an essential part of every child's life and is vital to the process of human development.

Fair Play Training is a voluntary organisation with charitable status whose aim is:

"To encourage and develop play opportunitiesfor all sectors of the community."

To achieve this aim Fair Play Training provides play sessions, workshops and packages for children (babies, pre-school and school age) and adults of all ages on a variety of issues and play related topics and activities. We also offer qualifications in playwork and associated topics.

Play is a vital part of the community and we are happy to support any group or organisation within the community that is involved with children's play and play issues. We also support the management groups of organisations that are 'Play' related especially with advice on both formal and informal training opportunities.
